For years I struggled with overthinking, people-pleasing, and a serious lack of direction/goals. It wasn’t until I started to develop
my relationship with God that I realized where I had gone wrong in my past. One of the things I now believe is that I was
meant for a simple, slow-paced life where hard work and goals don’t = unnecessary stress, competition, and insecurity. The biggest
battle I have faced in my life has been my own mind. Between OCD, worry, and overthinking, I know how quickly the mind can
decimate a perfectly good life. I have learned that it doesn’t matter how good you have it if you are a slave to your thoughts. Through
an uphill battle, I have figured out the tips and tricks that work to release you from the burden of overthinking. That’s why I created
my Overthinking Detox program to help other women go from a tangled mind to mental peace!
I pursued being a coach so that I could help women like myself pinpoint the areas of their lives they want to improve in order to have a healthier mindset and set realistic goals to get there! I have a passion for the joys and challenges that come with being a woman, and I want to help other women recognize their own innate ability to take steps toward peace and happiness. I live in the Appalachian Mountains with my Husband who is my Love and my best friend, and our cat, Fred (AKA Fredward).
