Why a detox? Because the word detox calls to mind ridding oneself of a poison. Overthinking is a poison. It floods your mind and body, corrodes anything healthy you have going for you, and begins to shut down your ability to function and exist the way you want to in your life. If you are like me, you have experienced what it’s like to be trapped in your own mind, creating endless possibilities for endless real-or-imagined scenarios. My signature program Overthinking Detox is designed to help you get to the root of what is causing your overthinking and address what you can do about those factors. In 8 weeks, you will go from a frazzled mind to having the toolkit you need for mental peace. Here’s how it works:  


This is where we start the process, and it starts with cutting out what you don’t need. The things that are only weighing you down.

We’ve all done it- signed up for that one thing we knew we didn’t have time for, said “sure!” to that person when we were already

working at max capacity just because we didn’t want to let them down, stayed up too late and slept even later… sound familiar?

You know those commitments, self-sabotaging behaviors and even relationships that you could do without. It just might take a

little prompting for you to have that “aha!” moment. Simplify is the two weeks where we do just that, and help you simplify your life.

Because it doesn’t matter if you live in a high-rise in Manhattan or an old farmhouse- if your life is full of unnecessary stressors,

you’re going to be overthinking them. In our two sessions I will ask you questions to help you figure out what is going wrong and

where, and then we will set goals to help you embrace that sweet, simple life. Simple = less problems for your mind to latch onto!  


Without a doubt one of the biggest reasons for overthinking is insecurity. Search is the phase where we will work

together to figure out what internal factors are driving your overthinking. From toxic relationships to imposter syndrome

and everything in between, there are undoubtedly some inner struggles and limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck

in a pattern of obsessing. Once we nail down what they are, we can address them and set goals to get past them.  


Sounds kind of dramatic, doesn’t it? Well, it should! Part III is the phase where we work on romanticizing your life. We will work together

to figure out what kind of life you actually want to be living right now and get excited about your future for a change. But instead of letting

those dreams stay in the sky, in typical coaching fashion we will work to bring them down to earth by deciding on a means of measuring

progress and setting tangible goals.  


This is the part where we bring it all together. Secure has a double meaning in that we will be securing and locking down your progress

for maximum success. But also, secure is how you will feel after all the growing you have done! In this phase, we will assess where you

are at with the goal(s) that have been set during our time together, and work on identifying any potential resources you have in your life or

could develop (people, hobbies, support groups, etc.) that could help you make progress and set you up for success. You will also get a few

15-minute emergency calls with me should you need an extra boost, and an additional session if you so desire.
